Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Reports to: Director of Operations
Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000

Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a heart for ministry, a strong work ethic, and a desire to use their skills to serve the Lord.
Position Summary
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist with expertise in
Adobe InDesign (Minimum 2-3 years of experience or certifications preferred) and proficiency in
Adobe Photoshop. Familiarity with the full Adobe Creative Suite is preferred. This is a
full-time, on-site position requiring strong writing skills, adaptability, and a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate will be tested practically on both their design and writing abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Design and Production
- Design and produce marketing materials, including appeal letters, newsletters, envelopes, and other print collateral.
- Ensure all materials align with Favor International’s branding and messaging.
- Manage the layout and design process from concept to completion.
Writing and Content Creation
- Write and edit compelling, Christ-centered content for marketing campaigns.
- Provide a writing sample during the application process and demonstrate strong proofreading skills.
- Collaborate with African personnel when needed regarding content and updates
Collaboration and Adaptability
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Remain focused on your role while being adaptable to the needs of the team and ministry.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (2-3 years preferred and/or certifications).
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop(1-2 years preferred and/or certifications)
- Experience with Google Suite
- Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills (writing sample required).
- Willingness to relocate or commute to the Brandon office 5 days a week.
- A team-oriented, servant-hearted approach to work.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the full Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in ministry or nonprofit work.
- A passion for sharing the Gospel and advancing the Kingdom of God.
